In recent weeks we have known an unimaginable situation but above all, we have been faced with really difficult decisions to make. One above all: how can I contribute to safeguarding the health of the community and of the people who work in the company while still guaranteeing the DBC Paper service within the printed paper supply chain?
At first we remained open with a thousand difficulties, but above all with many, many attentions to the collaborators who make up our team. Subsequently, with the passage of time and the worsening of the health situation, we decided to close and "wait for better moments". In the end, however, we realized that it is not possible to "stand by and watch" from home and we decided to "do our part".
It is for this reason that, on the basis of the invitations received from the industrial organization to which we belong, we are to inform that, to date, the DBC plant is open with the production staff at 50% (possibly increased for proven urgencies), with a highly scaled-down logistics but with the commercial network perfectly operational in smart working mode.
We are working so that, as far as possible, the supply chain (recognized by the institutions as a fundamental part of the Italian system) of which we are part is not blocked and we are therefore available for any request related to contingent needs with the aim of supporting our commercial partners in the management of incoming orders.
Our thoughts obviously go to those who are directly involved by the Coronavirus.
We resist with the strength, dignity and determination that our whole country continues to demonstrate in the face of this challenge.
